Assistant Waiter

Ensure that guests are consistently provided with courteous, prompt and efficient service!

Culinary (Pastry, Bakery, Butcher)

Culinary Management

Delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste, and consistency, with strict adherence to USPH/FDA guidelines

Bar

Responsible for beverage service and sales! Flexibility is a must, you could be working in up to 4 different bars per day.

Production

Maintenance, repair and operation of live stage and backstage equipment for all shows performed

Housekeeping

Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of all public, crew and surrounding areas!

Assistant Cook

Responsible for delivering products of highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and consistency. Responsible for batch, a la minute, and line cooking techniques.

Restaurant Steward

Support to the Main Dining Rooms, Buffet and Crew Mess during service and ensuring cleanliness of these areas

Utility (Dish-washing)

Proper and efficient cleaning and sanitation of assigned area according to the United States Public Health regulations

Laundry

Responsible to provide professional laundry and dry cleaning services to guests, crew and departments on board.
